气浮机视频:IIS的问题,急啊!!!!!!!!

我重装了系统,也装了IIS,可是之后我往wwwroot下放好ASP程序后,用127.0.0.1访问,提示确是 403 错误 无权访问,
在装好系统后我做过一下工作,是哪个影响了啊?
1.运行了下面几个批处理文件
第一个

我想可能是第二个批处理文件影响的

2.禁止了所有TCP端口,可是后来我开了后,还是403错误

3.停止了TELNET服务,后来开了服务还是不行.
回1楼的,我想应该是这个问题,可是该怎么解决那?不会再装一次系统吧
回2楼的,默认的首页没有问题
我在cmd下打net share可以看到默认共享的存在啊!说明没有删除啊!
