意思上有区别。
be used to doing , 通常用于过去时态，单纯陈述过去的某种习惯。过去习惯于 doing sth，过去经常 doing sth.

have got used to doing ，通常用于现在完成时态。暗指曾经不习惯于 doing sth,而现在已经改变了原来的 “不习惯”，变得习惯于 "doing sth" 了。

be used to doing = get used to doing
都是习惯于……
have got used to doing 是get ……的完成式

be/get used to doing 是习惯于做某事，

eg : He is used to getting up early.

have got used to doing 是 get used to doing 的完成形式。

我觉得两个虽然都表示习惯.但还是有区别的
be used to doing 偏于:我习惯干某事,只是在说自己的习惯是什么.
have got used to有感情色彩,有一个过程.可能你以前并不习惯,而慢慢变的习惯了.

比如说:
I was used to drinking juice in the morning,but I got used to drinking milk after I worked in a dairy.

两者时态不同
be used to doing ,用的是一般时态,指习惯做某事
have got used to doing ,用的是现在完成时,指已经习惯做某事

时态不一样啊!!
前者是一般时,后者是现在完成时~
