我的电脑最近有时候总是一下弹出黑屏，然后就显示出蓝屏，上面写着如下英文：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.the problem seems to be caused by the following file:
if this is the first time you have seen this stop error .screen restart your computer.
If this screen appears again ,following these steps:check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed . If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need .
If problem continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing .If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable computers,restart your computer ,pree F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

这些提示对我们使用者来说一点用处都没有，或许连微软的软件工程师都看不懂，你这样试试吧。
1、检查CPU风扇的工作状况是否正常；
2、将内存的金手指部分擦拭干净，再插回内存插槽；
3、将CMOS清空，然后重新设置；
4、以上均不行的话，恢复系统备份吧。
哈哈,我的电脑一个月前也是同样的问题,经常这样,我差点就把电脑拿去让别人修了,后来我决定自己来搞,第一步,重装系统,格式化C盘,重装,谁知道重装完到现在已经一个月了,再没有出过问题,不能说是重装一定能解决,但这个问题一定与系统有关,建议你也重装一次,我的经验仅供参考.
首先在启动时按f8键进入启动菜单，选择最后一次正常启动，不行就尝试进入安全模式，如果能进的话就把最近安装的驱动一机软件之类的卸载，修改过注册表的把它恢复，如果不能进入安全模式就用系统光盘启动尝试修复windows，还不行就把硬件例如网卡，猫，键盘，鼠标光驱硬盘等拔下来重新插一下，pci槽的把金手指用橡皮擦擦再插上，如果还是不行就把cpu散热器卸下来涂点硅脂再按上。还不行就只能重装系统了。
