1 We meet tonight under the shadow of a great loss in the passing of our beloved secretary, John Doe. 2 The sudden passing of John Doe was a geat shock to those who knew him. He was fair, sumpathetic, and always sought to do his duty honorably and justly. I can only add to what has already been said, that his loss is one which it will be diffictlt to overcome.
