root 用户竟然无法使用grant命令,

可是以前可以用啊!就是用过一次以后就不能用了
我是这样用的
grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'test02' identified by '';
test02是本地机名.

你的mysql版本问题，我以前也遇见过，你换个新的mysql版本就OK了
