Abstract Through control concept and theoretical analysis ， that the innovation point of thissystem lies on separating the dehumidification from cooling ， compared with traditional air-conditioning systems ， is considered．Owing to being free from condensate in this system there is no microbe growth ； the cross-infection ， and the odor toxic pollutants caused by microbe growth are eliminated thoroughly．This system is adeguate for the areas where good hygienic condition is required ， and the amount ratio of outdoor air to supply air is high and that the heat to moisture ration in also high.
