Disable BIOS menory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode
to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 toselect Advanced.

这个可能是你的系统出了问题.你可以重装系统.或者是你进行的程序与你的系统出现了冲突.
呵呵,跟我一样,不过我已经修好了,,教你个方法,你把主机的内存条拆下来,然后用风筒吹一下,,最后把主机用书垫好!因为天气太潮湿了...
跟我的情况一样，我重装了系统就好了，应该是病毒或非法关机破坏了系统的某些文件，建议重装系统。
不是内存的问题，我当时也以为是内存的问题，我将内存取下，又按上也不好使，重装系统系统就好了
