进入系统的时候出现这样的提示：
Cannot find a device gile that may be needed to run windows or a Windows application

The windows tegistry or SYSTEM INI file tefers to this device file,but the deuce file no lunger existe

If you deleted this file on purpose,try uninstalling the associated application using its uninstall orset program

If you still want touseth application associated with this device file,try reiustalling that application to replace the missing file

press a Key to continue

vredir.vxd
press a Key to continue

dfs.vxd
press a Key to continue

最后再点任何键就可以进入系统 然后提示：
无法装载动态连接库
msnp32.dll
系统找不到指定文件
下列部分或全部功能已失去：
Microsoft Nteworki

这是98的系统

开始-运行-regedit

然后搜索注册表内的vnetsup.vxd vredir.vxd dfs.vxd msnp32.dll
把搜索到的这几个文件值清除。然后重启。
（已经这样试过还是不行）请高手再次指点？？？

这是网卡驱动没有打到的原因。你也可以重新打下网卡驱动或是升级一下网卡驱动。
网卡驱动也重装过了。
是否还有其他办法解决，实在没办法的话只能重装系统。
