Change all the seleted cells to uppercase or lowercase.
For example, from a1 to b5, there are some uppercase words and some lowercase words,or mixed. I want select them and change them ALL to uppercase (or lowercase),e.g. a1 is "a", a2 is "Cr", after the operation,a1 is "A", a2 is "CR", how to do that?

but if I use search/replace in Excel, may a short program work?
e.g.:
search "*", replace with something like this:
"f9=<me>";<me>=upper(f9)"
f9 is a temporary cell,of course,it could be any one ,<me> is current cell,but I don't know how to express it. even I can, will more than one sentences work?

1) select all the cells you want to change, copy them into a MS Word file("ctrl+c then ctrl+v" is OK).
2) change all the selected words into uppercase in MS Word:
Format-->Change Case-->UPPERCASE
3) copy all the modified words back into Excel

In Excel, no function could support case changing.
