Hi Dear Editor,

I am a student of XXX University. Currently, I have a question that I do not know which is the best solution for it. The problem is that my teacher and parents would like to me live on campus, and I want to be commuter. I hope you can give me so suggestions on it.

My teacher and parents would like me to live on campus for the following reasons. First, they believe I will be able to get someone to help me with my schoolwork if I live on campus. It is much easier to get help if I spend on time on campus. Second, they are worry about the night study time. They think it can ensure my night study class. Third, they think living on campus can make me become more independent. I have to do everything by myself if I live on campus.

However, my reasons for commuting are as following. First, I want to have more control on my time at night. I can spend some times on something that I want to instead of studying all night. Second, I think I will be able to have a schedule for study. I think I am old enough to decide my study schedule. Third, I want to have some time to watch tv and relex at night. I cannot have a tv in school.

I have listed the reasons for why my teachers and parents think I should live on campus as well as my reason for why I want to stay home. I cannot make a choice between these two because I want to maintain a good academic record while I can have control of my time management.
