神马品牌网三下乡活动参与情况:IE 不能上网

为什么我的IE6.0 老是出现这个情况呢？
这是我打开 "Baidu 知道" 的一个例子，其他的站也是这样子！！
刷新几遍，有的时候好了，打开网页的速度也很慢，要么就打不开。 可以确定不是宽带的事，其他的什么都正常，如 下载 等等。
我是IE 6.0 网通ADSL（2M） 拨号上网。
腾讯TT也不行
