我们要小心语言陷井：
关于“本活动最终解释权归某某公司”这句话，好像多数朋友都认同“Company reserves the right of final explanzation for this promotion" 。这其实是有问题的。
假定这里的“活动”是指促销之类，原文所谓“解释”应该是指对可能发生的关于活动规定程序或规则方面的争议（不同理解）作出解释。而explanation for something 是指对某事物的原因或方式（过程）作出解释，这样，上述英文句子中意思就变成：对为何要举办本次活动（或活动如何进行）的最终解释权，而这显然不是作者愿意。
见"金山"举例：
What is your explanation for being late?
你对你的迟到怎么解释？
The only explanation for his behavior is that he's mad.
对他的行为的唯一解释是他疯了。

事实上，金山中对“解释权”的所有翻译中也没有出现explanation一词。
在法律意义上，"解释”一词应是interpret （interpretation ) 或construe (construction); “最终解释权”是final right to interpret/consture (the terms and conditions of...), 或the final right of interpretation (construction) of the terms and conditions of...
