1.some time + or so= about some time
2.强调句，句型It is +强调部分 +that +句子的剩余部分
改成正常语序是I didn't receive the manager's reply until nearly a month later.
除非强调部分是人可用who换that，其余一律是that

DIt is not until… that… 固定句型
第一题选C，我就不多说了．
但第二题个人认为应该选D，它是一个not...until的强调句型，强调句的基本结构是It is/was ...that/who...
指人时用who，其他用that
此题是把not...until的短语作为了被强调部分，故答案应为D．
