Down came the car.这句属于地点状语提前构成完全倒装，一般针对肯定句，且谓语一般都是单个动词构成。如:铃响了。不倒装可翻译为The bell is ringing。倒装则变成了There goes the bell.
楼主的第2问看不明白，什么是“倒装句里的强调语势类”？应该不是彩虹眼泪123提到的强调句型，因为强调句型不需倒装呀。
