正规空母の通事情本子:为什么地址ping不到?????

我 ping www.163.com 都ping不到?除了本机的127.0.0.1外什么都ping不到?我用扫描器扫描别的IP也不行?我以为是防火墙,就把天网和WIn XP的防火墙都关了 甚至把杀毒软件都关了还是不行!!后来别人说ping 163的有防火墙 不行 我又试验别的地址还是不行??
别的地址也都这样啊?难道都有防火墙?这都是找的几个在线的朋友的地址.有没有别的可能啊 ?
