我的电脑最近出现一个问题，开机一会后死机并显示蓝屏，上面显示一此英文，请高手给判断一下这个问题是软件还是硬件问题

看不懂。。是系统文件损坏。。、我也有过这样的。。用优化大师的修复就好使
