成考的学历有用吗:有表情学这个学科么？如何控制自己的表情（有什么书是介绍控制表情的么）？

应该有表情学这个学科，但是所有的表情都是来自心理，所以表情学的研究都跟心理情绪有关。
控制自己的表情着重在与控制自己的心理。
