You probably has caused too much trouble in the past and wasted a lot of money as well.

Before talk to him, you need to have a plan.

This includes where to learn driving, how long it needs to finish the driving school, how much is the cost, what is your plan after you come out from the driving school, etc.

这个包括了怎样学习驾驶,需要多长时间去完成驾驶学校,要花费多少钱,在你从驾驶学校出来后要干嘛,等等~~~

The most important thing is, show to your dad that you will stick to your plan, and will not give up half-way.
