First of all, A is crucial for every individual. With its seemingly magic power, A can not only accelerate better individuals’ development, but serve as an efficient instrument for individuals to change the world. Those equipped with A are always admired and respected, because A may endow them with more competence, chances, self-confidence to over come difficulties and handle problems. Those people appear to possess a special charm, bringing to others hope, passion and surprise, and, thus winning others’ favor and trust. When coming across hardship, others will turn to them for help, and help them more willingly in return. Therefore, with the good fortune derived from A, they can proceed more relaxedly and realize their dreams more rapidly.
In some sense, enterprises, schools and government organizations are the aggregations of individuals. Through its influence on individuals and interpersonal relationships in the organization, A stimulates the change of the organization as a whole: It can directly promote the rapid progress of the organization with its energy and indirectly spurs continuous development with the good culture it generates. A can bring
(1) advanced techniques
(2) highly efficient management and
(3) adequate communication,
and other unexpected resources, hence invigorating the organization system under the motivation of A. the whole society also thrives. Through continuously promoting the social productivity, unceasingly improving the productive relationship, and gradually enriching human material and spiritual wealth, A eventually brings economic prosperity and social harmony.
In short, where there is better A, there are more hopes, vitality and development. Each of us should attach high emphasis on A. When we are benefiting from A, we shall also do our utmost to maintain its vitality to ensure ourselves a brighter future.

(2) to adopt improper means to win more rewards with less input.
Situating under the shadow of A, individuals /organizations and violate natural law merely to obtain temporary, or even illusory interests. However, the result may turn out to be loss of really important and valuable resource or ability.
We must keep highly alert of the problems evoked by A, because once the harmful influence accumulates to a certain degree and then spread, it will surely threaten the development of the whole society.
Though with various reasons and forms, from the perspective of the essence, the problems brought by A originates from the fundamental principle of human ideology and material production. Thus, we should seek the solutions through setting foot on this principle.
Due to the depth and width of A’s harmful influence, we should draft our solution scientifically and systematically on the basis of deep analysis of A problem. The profound influence of A and B on individuals, collective, society and even the whole world is widely recognized, how ever the understanding of the subtle relationship between A and B, as well as the principle of A and B’s co influence on the world, needs to be enhanced.
On one hand, in some sense, A is the foundation of B, creating favorable condition for B’s improvement. There conditions are crucial for B’s continuous development. Thus, the development of A promotes that B, and the development level of A determines the development extreme of B, individuals/organization/societies without A can hardly abstain good B.
On the other hand, B provides support and insurance for A. form a deeper point of view, B is not only the motive of A’s development, but construct important material or spiritual environment for A’s forming and developing.
We can never treat A and B separatively. / We can never separate A from B, because they two have close but complicated relationship. A seems to be the engine of B while B is the fuel of the engine. A and B develop harmoniously under mutual influence, thus form a mythical combination. This combination directly or indirectly influences the development of individuals, organizations and even the whole word. If working reasonably, the combination will effectively promote the enrichment of human material and spiritual wealth, hence stimulating economic prosperity and social harmony.
In short, where there are better A and B, there are more hopes, vitality and development. Everyone of us should attach high emphasis on A and B as well as their combination. While profiting from A and B, we should try our best to motivate the better mergence and development of A and B, and hence ensure ourselves a bright future.

Since their concepts cover vast fields, such as science, humanity, ideology, economy, society and nature, A and B are never easy to be defined precisely and fixedly.
While A and B are widely known as contradictory to each other, we know little about the subtle relationship between A and B, as well as the principle that A and B influent the world jointly.
From the superficial and partial point of view, A and B are simply and purely opposite. It seems that:
(1) the existence of A means the extinction of B;
(2) the beginning of A signifies the ending of B;
(3) the progress of A means the retrogression of B
(4) A and B are each other’s barrier and restraint in their development.
However, when analyzed more comprehensively, there is a dynamic but complicated relation between A and B. for one thing, the contradiction between A and B is not constant. For another, there implies certain causality between A and B. Generally A and B restrict each other. But if without A, B also loses its regular significance. Still yet, from the perspective of philosophy and their essence, A and B are merely two stages of the same social activities. When conditions favorable, A and B can mutually transform.
In general, we should reasonably recognize the relation between A and B. On the basis of fully mastering the unity and utilize the contradictory movement of A and B, so that we can create a better mode and introduce striper impetus for social improvement /development.

我觉得作文没有万能的,但有些写作思路,写作格式,关键词句是可以拿过来用的,我觉得这些应该算是万能的吧.不错,还是要靠多练啊,因为熟能生巧嘛.
