可以，不过你不是专业维修人员建议不要乱删除。

E398瘦身之前做之前要将所有"线路1".线路2"."文字信息"等等等等所有铃声全部设为“静音”!然后把铃音类型改为"静音"再删东西!
通过手机删除自带的Java文件（主菜单->设置->java工具->删除所有应用程序）不推荐用工具进/mobile/kjava里删除，新手没有经验，容易把授权组件删掉，这样就安装不了MOTO官方授权软件如javamp3

可以删的铃声文件如下:
后缀为.mid的全部删之→5个混音机文件全部删之→后缀为.mp3的，只留Start~up.mp3，其余删之

(注意:以imy为后缀的共有10个铃声文件完全可以删除，但同时必须删除a:/mobile/aduio/MyToneDB .db 和temptoneDB.db,否则进不了铃音明细.
以bas为后缀的文件,是混音机文件,建议保留一个,不然进不了混音机.),fulight.pat不能删，否则铃音灯光不可用

Neon或者Techno，否则系统不认，原始moto面板是不能随便删的,面板是一些MOTO*.dat的文件组成的,经过分析,发现其实是GIF动画/图片，因此我们可以用图片优化工具简单精简.例如我的MOTO面板高品质优化后只有不到100KB

/a/DL_DB_INET_RECORDS 删除手机分别声音、图片、录像目录下的上网下载选项
/a/mib_op_greet 删除打开浏览器的动画。
/a/WebSession 删除

删完后用mobile phone tools软件将你的通讯录做一备份，然后主清除，重启后恢复通讯录，检查个别联系人的铃声可能为静音，要修改过来。
