7. whenever 1MANUFACTURER to manufacture LICENSED PRODUCTS for LICENSEE or 2 MANUFACTURER is notified by LICENSOR or itn represensive that LICENSES IS itself longer licensed to use the LICENSED MARKS,the MANUFACTURER will either deliver to or place to the order of the LICENSOR any molds,platen,engavings or other equipment or devices used to reproduce the LICENSED MARDS which are the property of LICENSOR or ,if LICENSOR so elects ,shall destroy the same and supply LICENSOR with evidencs satisfactory to LICENSOR of such destrietion ;and
8. LICENSOR shall be entided to take any action or invoke any remedy permitrde by law for MANUFACTORER’S breach of any of the above obligntions.

As set forth in section 24 of the Michigan state university trademard license agreement .any vreach by MANUFACTURER of its obligations berche shall entide LICENSOR ,in addicion to any other rights or remedise it may have ,to terminat the license grandted to LICENSEE.

This AGREEMENT shall be govemed by and construed in according with the laws of the state of Michigan applicable to agreements made and to be performed enthrely in Michigan usa
