first ,you should develop good habit.go to bed and get up on time, eat more vegetables and fruits, do more exercises, and also keep good mood with you.
and when you go outdoors,you should be attention with the environment,becouse it is also a very important way to keep healthy . remember don't spit anywhere,don't throw rubbish at all. wash your hands more often .
