前面还行。有点小错误。有些地方要用过去时。（学了吗？）如果没有，那这样也行。
today I am very happy,because i passed the english exam. I thought I couldn’t pass the exam at first. My english teacher publicized this news in class. I am so excited. she said she is the only one in our school who passed the exam, let's congratulate on her.my classmates were also very happy for me too, and they all give their congratulations to me,after that they asked me to treat them! considering they are in good terms with me,all right!! i will treat them! because i am so happy today.

原来我一直以为我不会通过 应该用虚拟语气
公布用anounce
兴奋用exited
全校唯一一个可以说I'm the only one in our school

总之错误不少。如果是小学作文还可以原谅

because 后面的应该是现在完成时，
because I have passed the English exam.
“原来我一直以为”这句话肯定不能用一般现在时，可以用一般过去时，I thought ……，而且“at first”就不要了。
唉，太累了，真是麻烦！ 不管了
