To assure compliance with this Code, Supplier and its Subcontractors shall permit the Company, or its designated agents (including third parties) to perform monitoring activities, including unannounced on-site inspections of manufacturing and production facilities and employer provided housing, review of books and records relating to employment matters and private interviews with employees. Suppliers and Sub-contractors must maintain on-site all documentation evidencing compliance with this Code.
