通胀率是平均物价水平变动的百分比.
T年的通货膨胀率=(T年的物价水平-(T-1)年的物价水平)/(T-1)年的物价水平
通货膨胀的大小用物价指数表示,称为通货膨胀率.
物价指数是用基期平均物价水平的百分比来衡量某一时期的平均物价水平.
其实就是看我们的商品贵了多少.用一基本标准来衡量而已.

通胀率，it is the change in pencentage of the price level. As we know the price level is the really price of the exchange stock in the market. However there are something which is related with the employment. the philips cruve is indicated the negative relationship between the employment and inflate rate. when we wanna increased in the employment, basicly we can cut my inflate rate.
