错在have，如果用have,主语应该是人。应该改成
There is going to be a party this evening.
There is a party this evening.
or
They are going to have a party this evening.
have改为be,是there be 句型
there be句型，不能和have（有）句型重叠
have改为be there...be句型啊
我觉得应该是going to have a party 应改为having a party
也就是这句话应该是:There is having a party this evening .
是There be句型,没有there have 的说法
