这个是熊猫杀毒软件SHLDDRV.VXD文件的丢失。
你可以重新安装一遍熊猫杀毒软件试试。
如果不行，开始==〉运行==〉regedit，搜索SHLDDRV.VXD，删除一切有关内容。（删除之前备份注册表）
这个文件缺失但是仍然能够进入系统，就说明它不是系统文件。而且这个文件安装光盘上是找不到的。
SHLDDRV.VXD这个文件丢失了，可能是你误删掉了，系统不能正常起动了，建议你重新安装你的系统。
