你用什么工具扫描的？大体意思是你的FTP服务器存在FLOOD威胁。瞬间多个并发连接将导致你的服务器被DOS了。这应该只是一个警告吧，在火墙上设置单一IP地址的并发连接限制，并且在FTP上设置，如果同一时刻多线程尝试连接，则封掉IP NNN分钟，并且作日志记录。
没用的，除非你不开放服务，要没你封ip，封ip没有实质作用，攻击者可以用代理绕过。最简单的方法就是你自己的ip更改一下
