如： think---- I think so. I don't think so.
believe---- I believe so. I don't believe so.
suppose---- I suppose so. I don't suppose so.

don't 是助动词，句中要有助动词才行

记得中学参考书是说只能用Ihope not的
应该也属于习惯用法类吧
