俺的电脑QQ可以上，QQ游戏也能玩，可是为什么打开网页就无法正常显示了呢？

之前电脑非常正常，某天上午还好好的，下午就不行了。一般情况下网页打开后都无法显示（点击网址后会出现下面的英文页面），偶尔又可以顺利的打开，但成功的机会很少，属于特例。

请问各位大虾有没有办法帮忙解决，谢谢！
