要带上TO，只有用TO加动词，才能做成宾语从句。这是英文和中文不同的地方。
不定式做宾语吧，很常见的句式啊。如What Iwangt to do is.......没什么原因吧，动词不定式做表语吧，我想是这么回事。
我也认为是应该加TO的
