比较C和D，the person 是先行词，who 引导定语从句，who I thought was my mother是用来修饰the person.
不过用C好像也可以，作宾语从句

我觉得一般性,"who"不引导名此行从句,不是说不可以,是不常用而已.

当然不能啦`` 凭语感就读的不对啦
