This paper found out the main factors affecting LA based on the reviews of various leadership theories, which include several aspects as follows: the personal qualities of the leaders, the staffs, and the teams’ qualities; the structure of the teams, the units, or the organizations; the interaction of every functional structure. The author then put forward four new models of LA realization: the attribution leadership model, the transactional leadership model, the charismatic leadership model, and the transformational leadership model, and profoundly analyzed LA existed problems.
