I'm writing this letter to explain why I can't produce an attestation of enrollment from my university in relation to applying for a B2 visa. (美国的探亲访友签证，其它国家的自填。) I just graduated from xxx (学校名) in xxx (月份), and I applied and was accepted as a graduate student by xxx (学校名) to be admitted in September. The school argues that since I'm not currently enrolled in the school, they can't provide such enrollment certification. Attached with this letter is the letter of admission sent by the school to prove that I will be enrolled in September. Please be sure to also find copies of my diploma and degree's diploma.
