I came to your shop happily,but when I left,I found some uncomfortable things:
1.your shop's assistants are sometimes too rough and not patient.
2.your shop is lack in goods,I couldn't get all the things I wanted.
3.your shop's goods are in a way a bit out of date.
4.your shop's work is not excellent and effective.It always waste me lots of time.

First,showing how important is the service of the waiters and waitresses.The company should recruit new workers who will offer service with a good atitude to the customers.

Second, service is the main issue of retaining royal customers, and royal customers will create a lot of opportunities for the restaurant. If the workers can not offer a good service, the restaurant will suffer from losing more and more customers.

Third, training the waiters and waitresses to become qualified workers. A qualified waiter and waitress should have a good atitude including being polite to customers ,smiling to customers,serving the customers in a good mood.
