这里是用现在完成式还是现在完成进行式？？有什么区别？？

何谓进行式，它的使用时机是表示某一个动作，在现在的时间里正在进行。而过去进行式呢？只不过将现在进行式稍做修改，亦即「过去进行式」是「表示在过去的某一个时间点，某一个动作正在进行」。如：
1. 昨晚八点，他正在家里看电视。
He was watching TV at home at 8:00 yesterday evening.
2. 上周四晚上，Mary 和她的同学正在逛街买东西。
Mary and her classmates were going shopping last Thursday night.
「过去进行式」也可以用在「在过去的某一个时间点，当某一个动作突然发生时，另一个动作正在进行」。例：
3. 星期日当我到他家时，他正在泡茶。
When I got to his home on Sunday, he was making tea.
4. 当她的手机响的时候，她正在开车。
She was driving when her cell phone rang.
That store closed a door for more than months
How many months does the shop close?
How many months did the shop close?
That store has been shutouted beyond one month.
That shop has been closed for over a month.
这个应该用现在完成时啊，表示过去发生的事情对现在还有影响。过去进行时只表示过去某个时候正在发生的事情，过去完成时用于描述在过去说话或做事之前发生过的事情，也就是过去的过去。
