企业中知识共享的问题与实现
摘要：知识共享是企业管理中的难点，是团队的核心问题所在。如何有效地展开企业内部的只是共享活动，将极大的影响其运行绩效。而我试图从知识共享的原理和主要问题着手，利用博弈论分析其问题存在的原因，从而在此基础上提出知识共享障碍的解决方法，以帮助企业有针对性的进行最大的知识共享。

But I attempt from the knowledge sharing principle and the main question begin, analyzes the reason using the game theory which its question exists, thus in this foundation proposed the knowledge sharing barrier solution, helps the enterprise to have pointed carries on the biggest knowledge sharing key word: Knowledge sharing, the game theory, knowledge sharing bonds .
