第三条: Third article

If the recommended personnel is retired for going off duty positively or being insufficient of the working demand of the employer party during the three-month probationary periods from 1st working day. The employee party should recommend the relatively needed personel freely to the employer party according to the standard in the tirst installment of third article in this contract. (Every position should be recommended one personel successfully consequently)

If is recommended the personnel in goes to work in the date three months probation period, leaves job on own initiative or because cannot be competent the party of the first part work requirement to resign, the second party should continue according to this contract third first section standard corresponding to need the personnel to the the party of the first part free recommendation (each position to continue successfully to recommend one)

If recommended personnel during from the day working probationary period of three months, it leaves office to be or because unable to competent at Party A job requirements dismiss voluntarily, Party B should continue recommending corresponding necessary personnel to Party A's charge free according to the standard of the first of article 3 of this contract (every position continue succeeding in recommending one)
