我也查了好多,但是他们说的我都不会,电脑我是菜鸟!有没有简单点的方法解决问题啊，谢谢了,急 ,急,急!
网上说的都是相同的解决办法,可是我真的不会,有什么更简单的么?我连电脑从开始的时候用DOS启动都不会,谁能帮我,我好心疼我的电脑!
