We get cotten from plants.we get oil out of the ground中的可以互换吗
一般不能转换。get sth from是“从。。取得”，get sth out of是“取出”的意思。
比如i got a dollar from my mother就不能写成“i got a dollar out of my mother”。
又比如i got a coin out of his wallet。就不宜写做”i got a coin from his wallet”
