神马品牌网微风是几级风:为什么我的电脑接不入Ftp

小弟用的是富士康的主板 945P7AA－8KS2 前段时间在学校里用板载的网卡上网，但近来老是显示本地连接受限或不可用，重启N次都不行啊，有时又可以啦，但很要命的是我上不了校内的FTP资源网，老是出现这些东西，烦死啦，难道是我的网卡坏啦，我的机可是刚装的啊！

若对方关机或者更改了地址,就是提示受限或不可用
