As we declared before, it is Sun Wing company policy all our company email accounts and MSN messenger are only used for business and you can only keep customers or colleagues accounts in your address book, we straightly prohibited use Sun Wing computers, Sun Wing accounts for personal use, especially in office hours. We now give you 2 days to delete any personal accounts which listed in our computers in any program, we have the right to check with this issue on your desk computer without previous notice. Chatting with friends or ICQ with outsiders are NOT ALLOWED in Sun Wing office hours or with Sun Wing owned computers, hope you all respect to our rules.
