具体情况：
每次打开Internet 的时候就会出现这样的框，
然后就什么都打不开。
我现在用的是 开始—搜索－文件或文件夹 然后输入的网址，只是输入就可以 但是如果出来的搜索项就不可以点 一点 也还是出现那个框。
到底是什么原因啊？
