“三来一补”企业:
三来一补是来料加工、来样加工、来件装配及补偿贸易的统称。所谓来料加工、来样加工、来件装配是指由外商提供原料、技术、设备，由中国大陆企业按照外商要求的规格、质量和款式，进行加工、装配成产品交给外商，并收取加工劳务费的合作方式。目前实际操作中，通常外商与中方村镇经济发展公司或其他有加工贸易资格的经济组织订立加工装配业务合同，并办理加工装配工厂的设立登记，由中方委派厂长、财务或关务，外商出资金、设备、技术及来料、来样、来件并组织生产加工，出口后按月根据企业规模或外汇工缴费的一定比例向中方单位上缴统筹费及相关的管理费用。
