启动以后有没有自动运行什么程序，请一一排查，或者使用恢复功能再或者重新安装程序。
如果用其它软件和游戏没有问题的啊，那就是这个游戏的问题，一般新机子是没有多大问题的，如果也有问题，就找老板，自己不要搞，要不然老板会诸多借口不帮你修机子了！！
一般新电脑都会有点毛病,你用的装机店给你装的系统吧?
自己重装个要好的多.
