我不知道句型是什么，以下是我自己的理解！
第一句：
it seem to sb that..........(对于某人来说似乎....）
第二句：as是连词不是介词！and后面不缺少成分！
(and的作用是并列slowly 和with great care)
句子同样可以写成：He watch her as she toiled with great care and slowly。
第3句：if引导的条件壮语从句！句式为：if+从句，主句或者主句+IF+从句。（后者不用逗号分开）
